Creamy spinach stewed with shallots

To cook creamy spinach you need to take well dried herbs and mix in cream-based sauce olive oil, milk and chicken broth, thickened with flour. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 packs of 300 gr. frozen chopped spinach, defrost
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 small shallots, finely chopped (approximately 0.5 Art.)
  • 4 tsp flour
  • 1.5 tbsp. 1% milk
  • 0.5 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp. l concentrated milk
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg

Recipe preparation:

  1. Squeeze all the water out of the spinach. In a large saucepan over medium heat heat the olive oil. Add shallots and fry, stirring, until soft, about 2 minutes. Add flour to the pan and fry, stirring for 30 seconds. Add skim milk and and prepare the broth, scraping adhered pieces from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add spinach and simmer until tender, about 5 minutes. Intervene concentrated milk and nutmeg, salt and pepper.
