  • 450 gr ground beef
  • 200 gr. butter, room temperature
  • 2 onions, chop
  • 6 soft buns for hamburgers, cut into two
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare the filling: lightly fry the onions with medium temperature of 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter in a pan. Pour in 1/3 Art. water, cover and cook, about 10 more minutes. Salt and pepper. Put the fried onions in a separate a bowl, a pan to clear of fat.
  2. Cook hamburger patties: ground beef divide into 6 servings, roll into balls, then form into thin cutlets. Place the cutlets in a separate hot pan, crush with a spatula, salt and pepper. Fry until tender, about 3 minutes from each side.
  3. Cook hamburgers: meanwhile in a pan fry the buns in butter on the inside, put out to the dish. Put cutlets on the lower halves of the buns, sprinkle fried onions. Cover the top halves of the buns.
  4. Before serving, cut the hamburgers in half and pour warm butter, serve hot.
