  1. Wash cranberries and knead in non-oxidizing dishes. Add 200 ml boiled cooled water and squeeze the juice. We leave the juice, and the cake put in a pan with 300 ml. water and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar to the filtered broth and bring to a boil. Constantly stirring, add rice flour and cook for 4 minutes on minimum fire.
  3. Remove from the stove and add the juice. Mix well and give cool slightly. Beat mass with a mixer for 5 minutes at high speed. Cranberry Mousse
