  1. Whip the cranberries with a blender. Add a third of a glass of water, mix and strain through cheesecloth. Put the resulting juice in side.

  2. Pour the remaining water into the pan, add the squeeze there berries, sugar and boil for ten minutes.

  3. Strain the resulting syrup and put it on fire.

  4. Pour the semolina portionwise into the cooking container and cook 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

  5. Add cranberry juice to the resulting mass and beat with a whisk or mixer. Pour into serving glasses.

  6. Put the mousse in the refrigerator for an hour. Decorate before serving berries.
