When I first tried maize bread, I realized that now this is my favorite breakfast bread. Very often I make simple toasts from cornbread that goes well with scrambled eggs and just tasty on their own.

- I usually buy already sliced cornbread.
- We heat the pan, melt the butter.
- Spread the slices of cornbread, fry on one side over medium heat, do not overdry.
- Turn over, grease with butter, sprinkle granulated garlic and paprika.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle cheese with toasts.
- Fry until cheese is melted. Better under cover over low heat so as not to dry.
