Cold White Gazpacho

Cold White Gazpacho – A Complete Cooking Recipe. with friends: Photo Cold White GazpachoTime: 45 minutes Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 – 6 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 tbsp. lightly toasted almonds
  • 2 tbsp. l roasted pine nuts
  • 2 crushed cloves of garlic
  • 2.5 tbsp. white grapes and 1 tbsp. white grape juice
  • 1/2 tbsp. boiled water
  • 2 slices diced rustic white bread (crust cutting down)
  • 1 tbsp. whipped to soft peaks of heavy cream
  • 2 – 3 tbsp. l Vergus (juice from unripe grapes)
  • 2 – 3 tbsp. l walnut oil
  • Chopped chives for decoration
  • Toasted almonds with chopping blocks for decoration (optional)
  • Grapes of Corinka (optional)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put almonds, pine nuts, garlic, grapes, grape juice, water and bread in a blender and beat until smooth. Strain the mixture in a bowl. Chill the soup for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the soup from the refrigerator and add the whipped cream. Add a few tablespoons of vergus or walnut oil. Pour the soup into serving bowls and sprinkle if desired chives, almonds or grapes.
