Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 pieces (approximately 600 gr.) Tofu (dry on paper towel)
- 3 tbsp. l rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. l light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. l soybean oil
- 1 tbsp. l white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp. coarsely chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp. l with top finely grated fresh ginger
- 2 finely chopped stalks of green onions
- Salt to taste
