Recipe preparation:

  1. Using a knitting needle, make holes in the black spots of coconut. Drain coconut water into a separate container. Put coconut on towel and chopped with a kitchen hammer. Chop the flesh of a coconut, leaving a thin peel on the surface. With a vegetable knife, cut coconut flesh into thin strips.
