Ingredients for the recipe:
- 225 gr. minced meat from spicy Italian sausage (remove shell)
- 2 bunches (340 gr.) Coarsely chopped fresh spinach without stems (about 12 tbsp.) Or 1 unitary enterprise. (300 gr.) Frozen spinach (thaw and drain the released water)
- 1 pack (425 gr.) Whole milk ricotta
- 340 gr coarsely grated mozzarella

Recipe preparation:
