  • 3 tbsp. l chinese hoisin sauce
  • 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tsp sriracha sauce (asian chili sauce)
  • 1 tbsp. small watercress leaves
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped green cilantro
  • A little rice vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp dark sesame oil
  • Coarse salt

Recipe preparation:
