- Lightly heat the kefir. Pour baking powder to it and well mix. Let the mixture stand in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
- Beat eggs with sugar, pour kefir to them, mix and a little salt.
- Wash the apples, peel them and grate. Drain the excess juice, sprinkle with cinnamon and add to the dough.
