Guzaria – Greek tapas: many small dishes with which you can have a snack or supplement the main meal. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 sliced ripe tomatoes
- 1 thinly sliced red onion head
- 1/2 cut into small pieces of seedless European cucumber
- 1 small red peeled and sliced bell pepper
- 1 peeled and chopped small green bell pepper
- 1 peeled and sliced pepper cubanelle
- 1 tbsp. olives
- A few twigs of fresh parsley (about 1/2 tbsp.)
- 2 slices (110 g.) Feta cheese
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano (break in the palm of your hand)
- Coarse salt and black pepper
- Pita cakes

Recipe preparation:
- Combine vegetables, olives and parsley in a large bowl. On Put lettuce slices on feta cheese surface.
