The recipe for cheese sauce with chipotle. The sauce is made from butter, flour, milk, cheese, canned chili peppers, tomato and smoked jalapeno chipotle sauce. Served cheese sauce as a topping for hot dogs. Share with friends:

Recipe preparation:
- In a stewpan mix 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter and flour, 1/2 tsp coarse salt and a few pinches of pepper, put on medium heat and stir for 2 minutes until mixture begins foam. Gradually add 1 tbsp. milk. Cook, stirring, approximately 4 minutes to thicken.
- Add 3/4 tbsp. grated semi-hard cheese, 1/4 tbsp. canned green chili peppers (without liquid), 1 plum diced tomato, and 1 – 2 tbsp. l hot chipotle sauce smoked jalapeno peppers. Stir until smooth condition.
