A simple recipe for cooking home green beans with spices in double boiler. If the beans are allowed to infuse in the sauce, it will still more juicy and tasty.

  1. To clean the beans: cut off the ends, remove the hard veins. Cook in a double boiler for 5 minutes, then lower for a minute in a cold water, drain and dry the beans.
  2. Grate and chop garlic or finely chop.
  3. In a bowl, mix ginger, garlic, peanut butter and beans. Cook for 4 minutes.
  4. In a separate cup, mix starch with 2 tbsp. spoons of cold water, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce and cereal Chile. Mix.
  5. Pour the beans with sauce, mix and let it brew 5 minutes.
