  1. Mix and grind all ingredients in a blender.
  2. We heat the pan and put on it three cooking molds for frying. We are waiting for the pan to heat up, and then pour in molds our mix. Fry for about 8 minutes.
  3. We put the second free pan on the stove and add a little oil, we also add chopped finely-finely garlic and a pinch there salt. When the garlic becomes a golden hue, add 60 g of spinach and fry for 30 seconds.
  4. For cashew sauce, pre-soak the nuts in two hours. Drain the water, then grind the cashew nut in the mixer, adding vinegar, water and a little salt to it.
  5. When ready, put the spinach on the plate and fritters. Serve with cashew dressing.
