  1. In a deep bowl, mix flaxseeds with ¼ cup warm water, let it brew for 5 minutes.
  2. Then mix chickpea flour and baking powder. Add linen seeds, oatmeal, a quarter cup of water, salt, spices, mix well.
  3. If desired, you can add red pepper, chopped herbs and mix well again.
  4. Heat a pan with oil. Pour the whole mass into the pan and evenly distribute. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. Then flip to the other side and cook another 5 minutes.
