  1. Open the canned chickpeas, drain and send into the bowl blender, add parsley, flour, caraway seeds, coriander, turmeric, onions (1 pc.), garlic, ground pepper, baking powder and salt.

  2. Grind everything well.

  3. Wet hands with water, form from prepared mixture of chickpeas small balls and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  4. We send the balls in portions to the oil (a large amount).

  5. Fry over medium heat until balls will become a beautiful brown color. Send to paper towels.

  6. We spread the tortilla on a plate, cover it with green tops lettuce leaves, spread the balls from chickpeas, add chopped tomatoes, red onions and serve immediately.
