- Boil rice (according to package instructions).
- In a bowl, mix hot rice with 2 tbsp. l rice vinegar.
- In a bowl, dilute three tbsp. l rice vinegar in 200 ml of water.
- Cut the boiled chicken breast into strips across fibers.
- Grate Parmesan.
- Dry bread crumbs in a dry frying pan until golden colors.
- Cut the nori leaf in half.
- On the mat, put the nori down with the shiny side. Wetting hands put rice in vinegar water, leaving free space for bonding.
- Turn the sheet of nori rice down. Put chicken breast, cream cheese, lettuce and wrap roll.
- Bread roll in breadcrumbs. Cut into eight parts. Serve with lettuce, sprinkled with parmesan.
