In this roll, a very unusual combination of chicken cooked home with fruits and nuts. Beautiful, and most importantly – delicious.

  1. Peel prunes, pour boiling water for an hour.
  2. Peel tangerines, divide into slices.
  3. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into two parts, lay out the lap, cover with cling film and beat off with a hammer. Salt and pepper.
  4. Grind walnuts in a blender. Sprinkle with half the nuts meat.
  5. Put prunes on nuts and mandarin slices on prunes. Sprinkle the remaining nuts on top.
  6. Twist the fillet into a roll. Cover with a film and tighten the ends tight On the sides.
  7. Put the roll in a double boiler or on a wide colander set over a pot of boiling water. Cook for 40 minutes.
  8. Cool the finished roll, unfold the film, cut into slices.
  9. Put on the dish with the slices up.
