  1. Wash the chicken liver, put on fire, bring to a boil, remove foam, cook for another 15 minutes.
  2. Peel, wash, chop the onion.
  3. Peel the mushrooms, wash, cut into a small cube.
  4. Hard-boiled eggs, cool in cold water, peel, rub through a fine grater.
  5. Peel, wash, chop the carrots through a fine grater.
  6. Wash greens, dry with paper towels, chop.
  7. Fry the onions in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  8. Put mushrooms, mix, fry for another 15 minutes, stirring.
  9. Scroll through the chilled liver through a meat grinder. Add eggs greens, mushrooms, carrots, a little salt, mix. Lay out the mayonnaise, to stir thoroughly.
  10. Start the tartlets with the resulting salad. Serve on a platter, garnished as desired, for example with olives and greens.
