This chicken liver pate may appeal to even those who don’t loves the liver. I never ever loved or ate liver, but this one I liked the paste, especially with the cake.

- Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
- Heat the pan with oil.
- Fry the onion for 5 minutes.
- Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes, add to the onion. Fry over medium heat under a lid until cooked.
- Add chicken liver. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fry until tender.
- All cool.
- Grind everything to a paste with a blender.
- Softened butter mix with a mixer, add chopped herbs and garlic, mix everything.
- We spread the paste on the food film, and spread it in the layer about 1 cm thick.
- Spread a layer of butter on top.
- We twist everything into a roll.
- Refrigerate for about an hour.
