This chicken liver pate may appeal to even those who don’t loves the liver. I never ever loved or ate liver, but this one I liked the paste, especially with the cake.

  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat the pan with oil.
  3. Fry the onion for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes, add to the onion. Fry over medium heat under a lid until cooked.
  5. Add chicken liver. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fry until tender.
  6. All cool.
  7. Grind everything to a paste with a blender.
  8. Softened butter mix with a mixer, add chopped herbs and garlic, mix everything.
  9. We spread the paste on the food film, and spread it in the layer about 1 cm thick.
  10. Spread a layer of butter on top.
  11. We twist everything into a roll.
  12. Refrigerate for about an hour.
  13. We cut the ready-made roll-paste into portions and serve.
