- Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry in a small amount of oil.
- Add the liver, salt and pepper.
- After 15 minutes add sliced pickles and chopped garlic. Stew for another five minutes.
- At the very end, add yogurt with mustard, cover and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Cool the finished liver and grind it with a blender to homogeneity.
- Cut the pita bread into halves, grease with a paste and turn into roll. We send the roll to the refrigerator and leave it alone for a couple hours. Then cut the roll into portioned slices.
