  1. In advance, for a few hours (you can overnight) marinate the liver in cognac.
  2. Cut the pickled liver in half. Onions – diced, mushrooms – finely.
  3. Pour mushrooms into a pan with butter, fry until blush.
  4. In another pan, also fry the onion in butter, add the liver, thyme, fry until the liver is ready.
  5. Grind the liver with cream in a blender.
  6. In a bowl, mix the mushrooms with the liver. Toast can be prepared.
