  1. Rinse the stomachs, sort out. Boil in salted water with bay leaves, allspice 2 hours.

  2. Chop and fry carrots and onions in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until soft and a little blush.

  3. Cut boiled stomachs and put on carrots with onions, pour cognac and fry for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Pass the mass through a meat grinder twice. Cool.

  5. Add softened butter, salt, ground pepper and punch with a blender until mashed.

  6. Cool the paste in the refrigerator.
