Rinse the stomachs, sort out. Boil in salted water with bay leaves, allspice 2 hours.

Chop and fry carrots and onions in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until soft and a little blush.

Cut boiled stomachs and put on carrots with onions, pour cognac and fry for 5-7 minutes.
