For the preparation of chicken breasts:
- 4 whole chicken breasts on bone with skin or 3 whole chicken broiler (1800 gr. each)
- 1 tbsp. l peppercorns black pepper
- 8 cloves of garlic, crush
- 4 large bay leaves
- 4 carrots, coarsely chopped
- 4 stalks of celery, coarsely chopped
- 2 lemons, cut into circles
- 2 onions, cut into four parts
- A bunch of fresh herbs: parsley, rosemary and thyme, bandage kitchen thread
- Coarse salt
To prepare the filling:
- 2 cans (400 gr. Each) of baked beans in tomato sauce
- 350 gr hot white cheddar
- 2 glasses of tequila or mezcal (88 ml.)
- 3 – 4 pcs. dried guajillo peppers or red chili peppers New Mexico, cut the stem and clear of seeds
- 2.5 tbsp. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. natural ketchup
- 1/4 Art. plus 2 tbsp. l cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. l brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. l worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. l dark maple syrup
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Coarse salt
- 3 limes
- 1 small orange
- 1/3 Art. plus 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 4 slices of smoked bacon, chop
- 1 red onion, cut in half (cut one half cubes)
- 1/4 Art. barbecue sauce
- 2 tsp whole black pepper
- 1 small head of red cabbage, chop finely (approx. 450 g.)
- 8 large wheat tortillas (wheat tortilla recipe, recipe tortilla corn)

Recipe preparation:
- Cook chicken breasts: put the meat in a very a large pot for cooking or distribute, if necessary, between two. Spread peas, garlic, laurel leaves nearby, carrots, celery, lemons, onions and a bunch of greens, sprinkle with salt. Add enough water so that completely cover the meat. Boil. Then reduce temperature, and, occasionally turning over, allow the meat to languish at boil slowly for 1.5 hours. Remove chicken breasts from broth, and let cool. After the breasts have cooled, separate meat from bone and skin, then finely chop. Strain the broth, leave 2.5 tbsp. to prepare the sauce, leave the rest for next use (should get 4 – 5 liters. broth).
- Prepare the sauce: fry peppers in a large pan chili at medium temperature, sometimes turning over, 2 – 3 min. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce temperature and simmer at a slow boil until the chili peppers are soft, 15 – 20 minutes. Pour the mixture of chili and broth from the pan into the kitchen combine, and mix until smooth. Grate 1 Art. l zest of orange and lime.
- Reheat the pan, pour in the broth, tequila, 2 tbsp. l apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, orange juice and one lime. Add grated zest of orange and lime, ketchup, brown sugar and 2 minced cloves of garlic, cook, stirring, within 20 minutes Add 4 tbsp. chicken meat and mix with the sauce. Keep warm.
- Prepare the beans: fry the bacon on a tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves, fry until softness, 3 – 4 minutes Stir in baked beans, barbecue sauce and black pepper, fry, stirring, until beans warms up.
- Prepare red cabbage: mix in large 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar with the juice of the remaining 2 limes, add red cabbage, 1/3 tbsp. thin olive oil remaining chopped half of the onion. Stir, and season with salt and pepper. Squeeze out excess fluid before use.
- Fry wheat tortilla on each side for 30 seconds. Place a piece of chicken on the edge of each tortilla, on top put beans, cabbage, and sprinkle with a small amount of cheddar, then roll up tightly. Serve burrito immediately. We offer you see all the recipes from Rachel Ray.
