Chicken Burrito and Avocado

A very simple recipe for Mexican national wheat appetizer smoked chicken breast, avocado, green tortilla chili peppers and, of course, cheese, which is essential part of any quesadilla. Difficulty: Easy Servings: 4 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: one cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 8 corn tortillas with a diameter of 15 cm.
  • 200 gr. low fat cheese
  • 250 gr smoked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 tbsp. green chili peppers
  • 4 tbsp. l chopped parsley
  • 110 gr. fat free sour cream

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat a thick-walled cast-iron skillet or surface griddling over moderate heat. Put 1 tortilla in front of you and put 1/8 of the cheese on one side of it. Put 1/4 on top chicken, 1/4 avocado, 1/4 green chili, 1/4 cilantro and 1/8 more cheese.
  2. Roll up and lay on the griddle. Fry until the cheese starts to melt, turn over with a wide spatula and continue to fry. Remove from the griddle on a cutting board. Cut into 4 pieces. Serve with salsa and low fat sour cream.
