Ingredients for the recipe:

For chicken:

  • 4 chicken thighs with skin and pre-removed bones (about 560 gr.)
  • 2 tbsp. l grape seed oil
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp. flour

For chutney (Indian sweet and sour fruit and vegetable sauce):

  • 1 tbsp. shredded plum-shaped tomato
  • 1/4 Art. diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped parsley
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

For hamburgers:

  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 small potato buns previously cut into two parts
  • Mayonnaise, optional

Recipes with similar ingredients: hamburger buns, chicken thighs, chutney sauce, flour, mayonnaise, plum tomatoes, red onions, parsley

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 110 degrees.
  2. Bake chicken: mix in a medium bowl chicken meat with grape seed oil and 1/4 tsp each. salt and pepper, chicken should be evenly coated with the mixture. Put the meat on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes until full readiness. Remove the pan from the oven and let the meat cool in within 1 hour.
  3. Meanwhile, make chutney: in a small saucepan mix tomatoes, red onions, parsley, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp pepper and cook for 30 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove the resulting sauce from the heat and cover so that it does not has cooled down.
  4. Fry chicken: pour 7.5 in a large pot see vegetable oil and heat over moderate heat until 175 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and a few pinches of black pepper. Roll chicken in the resulting mixture. Then immerse in hot oil and fry 4-5 minutes to golden brown. Put on a plate, covered Use a kitchen paper towel to drain excess oil.   5. Make burgers: slice the buns thin a layer of butter. Preheat a large frying pan for moderately high heat. Place the buns in the pan with the butter side down and fry for 2 minutes.
