  1. Boil potatoes and rub through a sieve.
  2. Add mashed cottage cheese to the potatoes.
  3. Chop seaweed, mix with flour, salt and egg.
  4. Combine the resulting mixture with potatoes and cottage cheese. Good mix.
  5. Form small meatballs from the resulting mass and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  6. Serve by pouring sour cream.
