Delicious cheesecakes without wheat flour and sugar can be prepared at home for breakfast. You can add a sweetener to taste, but I just made a sauce of pureed banana and 1 tsp honey. Also want tell you life hack with healthy flour: I do not buy rice flour in the store, but I bought a coffee grinder and now I make flour myself from everything (rice / buckwheat / chickpeas, etc.).
