Cheeseburger Flavored Empanada

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place 2 racks on the middle level of the oven and preheat oven to 220 ° C. Line 2 large parchment baking sheets paper.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix ketchup, mayonnaise, finely chopped pickles and mustard. Salt.
  3. In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat the oil. When it starts to flicker, add ground beef, a pinch of salt and some pepper. Cook by smashing with a wooden spoon or spatula mince into pieces until it is fried and lightly fried in places, 3-4 minutes. Add onions and fry, stirring constantly, until it becomes softly crispy, about 2 minutes. Using big skimmers place the minced meat in a medium-sized bowl and mix with 1/3 Art. sauce. Cool a little.   4. Prepare the egg mixture for lubrication, whisking lightly in a small bowl of egg with 1 tbsp. l water.
  5. Put 1 sheet of puff pastry on lightly sprinkled flour surface. Roll into a square layer with a side of 30 cm.
