Sliced traditional french appetizer of vegetables and cheese slices. Served as a cold snack on crackers or хлебцах. Time: 2 час. 20 minutes. Complexity: easy Quantity: 400 gr. Recipes use volumetric containers volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 250 g. Curd cheese, softened
- 125 g mature cheddar cheese, crumble
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped pitted green olives
- 1/2 tbsp. fried red bell pepper, chopped cubes
- 2 tbsp. l finely chopped fresh green onions or 2 tsp. dried green onions
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe preparation:
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, olives, red bell peppers, chives, rosemary and thyme. Season to taste salt and pepper.
- On a flat surface spread a large sheet of plastic films. Place the cheese mixture on it and roll it in the shape of a cylinder. Pressing, roll it in different directions for distribution and mass compaction over the entire length.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until cheese mass does not harden enough so that it can easily be cut into wheels. When the mass has hardened, use a toothed knife to chop cheese mass on discs. Put terrine on crackers or vegetable slices, and serve canapes as an appetizer for salads.
