- Chop dill.
- Mix cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, garlic.
- To apply a filling an even layer on a sheet of pita bread. Optional Spice up.
- Sprinkle with dill.
- Roll pita bread into roll.
- Fry lavash in a grill pan for 2 minutes each side.
- Cut into portions.
