  1. In 1.5 liters of water, pour 0.5 cups of sugar and 1 cup not iodized salt.
  2. Put on fire, bring to a boil.
  3. Boil until sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
  4. Completely cooled brine pour cheese, remove in fridge.
