There are various types of fondue that differ among themselves. by type of cheese and by cooking. In this recipe we will make fondue with Fontina cheese and slices of sausages. This is an Italian version of fondue in your home. Delicious!

  1. Soak the pieces of cheese in milk for about an hour.
  2. Then add cheese and butter to the pan and cook on a small fire to melt the cheese.
  3. Then pour the whipped yolks and cook for several minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. In another pan, cook sausages with a little water, and at the end of cooking with white wine.
  5. Then cut the sausages into slices and add to the cheese mass, mix everything well.
  6. Serve fondue with bread croutons. Enjoy your meal!
