Cheese Balls with Pomegranate

Recipe:

Mix 250 gr in a blender. goat cheese, 1/4 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley and chopped green onions, 2 tsp each. finely chopped fresh thyme and rosemary, and 1 small clove of garlic until pasta is formed. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Roll cheese balls of 10 cm in size from the mass and roll them into pomegranate seeds. Put to cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
