Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. In a medium sized pan with non-stick coating on moderate heat heat the olive oil.   3. Using a small serrated knife, cut the bread crumb, leaving a shell 1 cm thick .; set the crumb aside. Sprinkle bread inside with olive oil, salt and pepper. Fill the loaf half brie cheese, top with onion mixture and the remaining cheese transfer to a baking sheet. Bake until the cheese has melted and bread does not brown, about 15 minutes.
