  1. Knead the dough: in 300 ml of warm water add salt, sugar and yeast, and mix. Pour in flour and knead the dough. Grease the dough sunflower oil and leave to rise for 1.5 hours.
  2. Add finely chopped onion, salt, spices, water and mix.
  3. Divide the dough into identical balls.
  4. Roll the ball into a thin cake, put the filling in half, close the second half. Cut edges.
  5. Fry in hot oil on both sides for 5 minutes until golden crusts.
