I offer a recipe for delicious pasties with fish filling. Stuffing make fillet of pollock, but in general, these pasties can be cooked home of any fish fillet to your taste. To make pies juicy, add onions and a little mayonnaise.

- Gently separate the whites from the yolks.
- Put the yolks in a bowl. Pour milk and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt (no slide). Slowly add 500 g of flour. Knead a very cool dough. A bowl cover with a film and refrigerate.
- Thaw the fish, add a little salt and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Roll fish fillet in flour and fry. Allow the fish to cool and cut into small pieces.
- Onion cut into half rings. Chop green onions. Fry in vegetable oil until soft.
- Add pieces of fish to the pan with onions. Add 3 canteens tablespoons of water. Stir, cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Little cool. Add Mayo. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix.
- Divide the dough into balls and roll into thin round cakes. For each cake put 1 tablespoon of fish filling. Form flat pasties and pinch the edges.
- Fry pasties on both sides in vegetable oil.
