  1. In 200 ml. warm milk, add 1 egg, a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp slaked vinegar, 1/2 tbsp sugar and mix.
  2. Pour 450 g into parts. flour and knead a tough dough.
  3. We remove the dough for half an hour to the side, covering with a towel.
  4. For the filling we rub 250 g. cheese, chop 2 tomatoes, and chop finely small bunch of parsley, if the cheese is not salted, salt taste. Mix everything.
  5. Divide the dough into 5 equal pieces, each thinly rolled into a circle.
  6. We spread the filling, about 3 tablespoons, on one side and cover another, pinch the edges, cut off the excess.
  7. Fry cheburek on hot oil on each side until browning.
  8. Put the finished cheburek on napkins so that they absorb excess oil.
