A delicious and very healthy crispy salad made from mushrooms with cheese and vegetables. Done quickly however have to wait one hour for the mushroom marinated.

- Take a flat dish and sprinkle with lemon juice a little. Mine mushrooms, dry and cut into thin plates. Spread the mushrooms on a dish with an overlap and again pour lemon juice.
- Finely chop the tomatoes, basil and chilli peeled from seeds. We mix vinegar with olive oil. Pour the resulting mixture vegetables, salt, pepper and mix.
- Pour mushrooms with sauce and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and garnish with chives. Have a nice appetite!
