A delicious and very healthy crispy salad made from mushrooms with cheese and vegetables. Done quickly however have to wait one hour for the mushroom marinated.

  1. Take a flat dish and sprinkle with lemon juice a little. Mine mushrooms, dry and cut into thin plates. Spread the mushrooms on a dish with an overlap and again pour lemon juice.
  2. Finely chop the tomatoes, basil and chilli peeled from seeds. We mix vinegar with olive oil. Pour the resulting mixture vegetables, salt, pepper and mix.
  3. Pour mushrooms with sauce and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan and garnish with chives. Have a nice appetite!
