  1. Peel the carrots and three on the large side of the grater.
  2. Pour oil into a pan and add carrots. Fry 10 minutes.
  3. Then add chopped nuts, sprinkle with salt and mix.
  4. Throw the garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. We put everything in a bowl, add yogurt, chopped dill and mix well. Enjoy your meal!
