  1. Wash and peel the carrots.
  2. Wash lemons thoroughly, dousing with boiling water. Thinly cut, take out seeds, leave the skin.
  3. We send carrots and lemons to a meat grinder, mix.
  4. Cook over low heat, add sugar. Cooking time – about 40 minutes with constant stirring. At the end of cooking, add vanillin.
  5. Pour jam into sterilized dishes and close lids.
