  1. I twist tomatoes through a meat grinder along with onions onions.
  2. Add bay leaf, clove buds, black pepper peas. I mix everything well and put on fire less than average, cook about an hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. After which I pass the tomato mass through a sieve thoroughly squeezing a spatula.
  4. Add salt and sugar to the resulting tomato liquid, again put on fire and boil until necessary consistency periodically stirring for two to three hours.
  5. When the tomato sauce is almost ready, add vinegar to it, mix well, boil a little more and pour into sterilized jars, close with sterilized lids, roll up, turn over and wrap a blanket, leave until full cooling down.
  6. Then I clean it for further storage in a cool place. Of of this amount of ingredients, I got two banks of 500 ml., it all depends on how carefully you skip the tomatoes through a sieve and from the consistency of tomato sauce in the end.
