A simple way to prepare a delicious tomato sauce for the winter, which suitable for cooking at home a wide variety of dishes.

- I twist tomatoes through a meat grinder along with onions onions.
- Add bay leaf, clove buds, black pepper peas. I mix everything well and put on fire less than average, cook about an hour, stirring occasionally.
- After which I pass the tomato mass through a sieve thoroughly squeezing a spatula.
- Add salt and sugar to the resulting tomato liquid, again put on fire and boil until necessary consistency periodically stirring for two to three hours.
- When the tomato sauce is almost ready, add vinegar to it, mix well, boil a little more and pour into sterilized jars, close with sterilized lids, roll up, turn over and wrap a blanket, leave until full cooling down.
- Then I clean it for further storage in a cool place. Of of this amount of ingredients, I got two banks of 500 ml., it all depends on how carefully you skip the tomatoes through a sieve and from the consistency of tomato sauce in the end.
