  1. In clean jars I spread a sheet of horseradish, garlic cloves.
  2. I make deep cross-shaped incisions on the tomatoes and lay them down to the jar.
  3. Add another horseradish leaf on top.
  4. I prepare the brine: add salt, sugar, vinegar to the water, mix and bring to a boil.
  5. I pour the brine into banks.
  6. I cover the jars with clean lids and send them sterilized in a large container at the bottom of which a towel is laid and water is poured over belt of cans.
  7. I boil cans in water for 30 minutes, I count the time after boiling water.
  8. Then I roll the lids, turn the cans upside down and I wrap in a blanket.
  9. I leave it in this position until it cools completely, after which send for long-term storage in the basement.
