Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 slices of bacon, chop
  • 3 plum tomatoes, cut into slices
  • Olive oil, for lubrication
  • 450 gr ready-made yeast dough for pizza, room temperature
  • 180 gr. crumble goat cheese
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp. radish sprouts
  • 3 tbsp. young arugula
  • Juice 1/2 Lemon

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C. Fry in a large pan bacon at medium temperature until crisp, approximately 10 min. Transfer to paper towels. Add to the same pan with fat tomatoes and fry on both sides for 2 min
  2. Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil. Place the dough on baking sheet and spread over the entire surface (if the dough is compressed, leave for several minutes at room temperature). Pierce a layer of dough with a fork over the entire surface. Put tomatoes on top and pour the melted fat from the bacon, leaving 1/2 tbsp. l fat for lettuce. Bake the cake until golden brown, 12 – 15 min
  3. Remove the tortilla from the oven and sprinkle with goat cheese. Salt and Spice up. Mix in a bowl radish sprouts, arugula, lemon juice and remaining melted fat (if necessary, heat), season with salt and pepper. Put the salad on a tortilla and sprinkle bacon.
