The rich and spicy taste of chorizo goes well with color cabbage, cheese and beans. It remains only to wrap it all in tortillas and warm up – incredible burritos are ready. Cauliflower, perhaps not the brightest ingredient in this dish, but its addition will be a good way to increase the amount of vegetables in рационе. - 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 head of cauliflower, chop finely inflorescences
- 1 tbsp. l chopped oregano
- 8 wheat tortillas with a diameter of 23 cm.
- 1 tbsp. coarsely grated cheese
Bean Filling
- 85 gr. raw pork chorizo (peel off)
- 1/2 part small onion, finely chopped
- 1 can (425 grams) of refried pinto beans (freeoles) refritos)

Recipe preparation:
- Prepare the filling with beans: heat medium skillet pan with non-stick coating over moderate heat. Add chorizo and cook, separating the meat, until golden brown (approximately 6 minutes). Use a slotted spoon to move the chorizo to paper towel dish. Add the onion to skillet pan with chorizo fat remaining after frying. Passer until transparent (approximately 4 minutes). Return the chorizo to pan-stewpan. Add a jar of pinto beans to the mixture. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Cover and keep warm.
- Cook burritos: heat olive oil in large thick-bottom skillet pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until it is transparent (about 3 minutes). Enter cauliflower and sauté until soft (about 5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper. Add oregano and turn off the heat.
- Heat a large griddle over medium heat. Вwarm the tortillas one at a time until they soft and supple (about 1 minute with each parties). Spread 1/4 tbsp. warm bean center filling tortillas, distributing to the edges. Add 2-3 tbsp. l with a slide mix with cauliflower and 2 tbsp. l cheese. Fold the edges and fold forming a burrito. Return to the griddle to melt the cheese (approximately 10 seconds). Serve warm.
