Salsa with grilled vegetables:

  • 350 gr large peeled physalis vegetables
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 plum tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 dried chili ancho
  • 1 chilli blanched
  • 1/4 Art. cilantro
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 lime juice

Recipe preparation:
