- 1 small shallot, diced
- 1 tbsp. l chopped thyme greens

- 700 gr. lean beef first grade neck and scapula or lean turkey mince
- 1.5 tbsp. l canola oil
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
Ketchup with chipotle
- 1 tbsp. tomato sauce
- 2 – 3 tbsp. l canned chipotle puree in adobo sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
