Cheese cutlet served on a toasted bun and covered with crispy bacon in maple syrup glaze, candied rings of hot jalapenos, juicy salad and fresh sliced tomato and avocado. There are no sauces or mayonnaise – only amazing tastes of components that are not masked burger.

Burgers
- 340 gr minced meat from the cervical-scapular part of beef
- 170 gr minced beef tenderloin
- 170 gr minced beef brisket
- 1/3 Art. sparkling water
- A pinch of kajun seasoning
- 6 slices of Swiss cheese
- 6 slices of mozzarella
- 6 slices of provolone cheese
- 6 sesame buns cut horizontally in half
- Unsalted butter to spread on buns
- Leaf lettuce, thin sliced tomatoes and avocado to build
- Vegetable oil to grease the grill
Maple bacon
- 12 slices of bacon
- 1/4 Art. maple syrup
- 1/3 Art. light brown sugar
Candied Jalapenos
- 2 large jalapeno pods, sliced in rings
- 1/3 Art. granulated sugar
- 1/4 Art. distilled white vinegar

Recipe preparation:
- Make Maple Bacon. Preheat the oven to 135 ° C. Lay the slices of bacon on a wire rack set on a baking sheet with bumpers. Bake for 30 minutes, then grease with maple syrup and sprinkle with brown sugar. Keep baking until sugar it will melt and the bacon will not glaze, another 35-40 minutes. Cool.
- Make candied jalapenos. Mix in a small a bowl of jalapenos, granulated sugar and vinegar.
- Cook the cutlets. Preheat the grill or grill pan over high heat and grease the grill with vegetable oil. Mix in a large bowl all the minced meat, sparkling water, kajun seasoning and add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir with your hands to evenly distribute the ingredients. Form 6 cutlets 1 cm thick.
- Grill meatballs for 3.5 minutes, then turn over and cover each with a slice of Swiss cheese, mozzarella and provolone. Cover and fry for another 2.5 minutes. Meanwhile, lubricate butter slices of buns and fry them for 1 minute, to warm up.
- Serve the patties on toasted buns; put on top maple bacon, candied jalapenos, lettuce, tomatoes and avocado.
