  • 1 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 carrots
  • 3/4 Art. breadcrumbs
  • 3 stalks of celery plus 1 tbsp. l chopped leaves celery
  • 4 feathers of green onions, cut into small rings
  • 1 tbsp. l fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic (grate)
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Coarse salt
  • 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock
  • 1/2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp. (50 gr.) Crumbled blue cheese
  • 3/4 Art. spicy buffalo sauce (seasoned sauce ripe cayenne pepper)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and lightly grease the pan vegetable oil. Mix 2 tbsp. l sour cream with breadcrumbs breadcrumbs and 1 egg in a large bowl, let it brew for 5 minutes.

  4. Combine blue cheese in a medium-sized bowl with the remaining 3/4 cups and 2 tbsp. l sour cream. Straw the remaining 2 carrots and 2 stalks of celery. Put meatballs and chopped on the dish vegetables, serve a dish with blue cheese dip sauce.
